What makes the Artefin NFT project unique?
1) NFTs are based on artists who have a verified history. Artefin works as “quality control,” ensuring high-quality artists bring high-quality art to the blockchain. Sometimes the real art is transferred into the digital world, not only as a photo but sometimes redrawn in a digital format (Kintera's Head collection, for example). Sometimes it can be just a photo or photo-sequence captured during an artist's performance (Habl's Asian Landscape). Sometimes it can be a pure digital art made by verified artists.
2) NFTs in different editions, with different quality, and with different use-cases. The owner of the Original Edition gets the NFT in the highest possible quality. Owners of Original and Emerald Editions can claim a limited edition, signed print of the artworks, if it's a part of the NFT (described in the edition description).
3) Use of new CallistoNFT standard with Classified Extension (first project with the new NFT standard) Built-in trades, allowing NFT owners to trade the NFTs directly on the Artefin marketplace
4) On-chain metadata: NFT metadata is stored on-chain in the smart contract.
5) On-chain auction logic: All the logic of the auctions and “buy now” options are written into the smart contract. You can place a bid directly to the smart contract if you want, meaning buyers don't have to use the marketplace's user interface..
